WHAT ARE MAGIC MUSHROOMS?
Psilocybin, the active ingredient found in magic mushrooms, is a powerful psychedelic. It is capable of altering perception of space & time, causing visual distortions, euphoria & mystical experiences.
Magic mushroom trips are usually a unique and wonderful experience, when done correctly. If it is your first time, make sure you have 4-6 hours free without any responsibilities. Most first-time users report that they have an urge to go outside and walk in nature when they first begin their trip.
At low doses, most users will feel a pleasant body buzz and feeling of euphoria. At higher doses, the effects will increase, as will the visuals. New colours & patterns will appear.

CONSUMING MAGIC MUSHROOMS
Eating the magic mushrooms on an empty stomach results in the most potent effects.
Effects are usually felt 45-90 minutes after ingestion.
Some users find that smaller pieces are easier to digest & result in a quicker trip.
Some users find that ingestion makes them nauseous, no matter how small the mushrooms are.
A good alternative is to make a tea.
MAGIC MUSHROOMS TEA
Put your favourite flavoured tea-bag into a mug and pour boiling water into the mug. Buying a tea from Starbucks or Tim Horton also works.
Stir for 5 minutes & wait to cool.
Remove the tea bag & add any flavouring (like honey).
Break the magic mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the cup only once the water is no longer boiling. (Boiling water will destroy the psilocybin!)
Stir for 5 minutes and then drink the tea.
Once the tea is almost done, add more water (not boiling but warm is ok).
Stir and consume the rest of the liquid.
Repeat this step one last time (even adding regular water or juice is ok) and drink the liquid.
The psilocybin will have transferred from the mushrooms into the liquid!
The effects from the tea will start in 15-30 minutes.
Most magic mushroom tea drinkers find that before they've finished the final cup of liquid, they've already begun their trip!
⚠️MAGIC MUSHROOMS INGESTION DOSAGE VS. TEA DOSAGE⚠️
As a general rule, add 25% more magic mushrooms when making a tea, to get the same effect as eating it.
Example:
Eating 2.0 grams of magic mushrooms will be equal to making tea from 2.5 grams of magic mushrooms. The tea will hit faster & will generally prevent any nausea.

The "warmest" and most common magic mushrooms strain in the world. Even at low doses, you are guaranteed to feel happy. For first-time users, it's a pleasant shock at how funny everything seems, as well as how good your entire body feels.
The famous Golden Teachers (Psilocybe Cubensis) have equal body, mind & visual effects. As the dosage increases, the body buzz, visuals, and mind-warping effects increase. Make sure you stay grounded, as a high-dose Golden Teachers trip can be an intense, introspective experience.
Golden Teachers are a great strain for beginners & experienced users alike. Start with 1.0-1.5 grams for your first time. Visuals appear 2.0-2.5 grams and above.

Blue Meanies (Panaeolus Cyanescens) have double the amount of psilocybin compared to most other strains, and therefore their consumption results in potent visuals.
Blue Meanies are recommended for experienced users. Some first-time users have reported the shock at looking at their best friend during a trip and not initially recognizing their familiar face. This is because of the intense visual hallucinations that accompany this species of magic mushrooms.
Anything above 2.0 grams will result in potent visuals that will last 4-5 hours. Think of the sky looking like Blade Runner (or Blade Runner 2049).
This strain is unique. While the visuals are intense, the mind is (mostly) unaffected. A smooth, intensely visual trip, without any intrusive psychological insights is what most users experience.

Albino Tidal Wave (Psilocybe Cubensis) is a relatively new hybrid strain of magic mushrooms. The strain is created by combining B+ and Albino Penis Envy strains. It is a very unique looking strain.
Albino Tidal Wave starts with a wave of euphoria at low doses. A higher dose will bring on intense visuals. Most users find the visuals to be like swirling "waves."
This strain is a very intense strain. While the visuals are like Blue Meanies, the overall intensity of the entire trip is higher. If it is your first time trying Albino Tidal Wave, start with 1.5-2.0 grams max.

Penis Envy (Psilocybe Cubensis) are universally known as one of the most potent magic mushroom strains. They take a long time to grow, resulting in higher than normal amounts of psilocybin. As a result of the long growing time, these magic mushrooms are usually very expensive.
A Penis Envy trip is one of the most intense magic mushroom experiences. It is recommend for experienced users only.
At the beginning of the trip, most users report an initial shock at how intense the body buzz is. 30-60 minutes later, most users find they are in another dimension, while their whole body tingles and vibrates. The intense visuals come in rainbow & kaleidoscope shapes.
Don't start with more than 1.5 grams if it is your first time. This strain is 2-3 times as intense as Golden Teachers.

Yeti is a unique strain from the True Albino Teachers family. It resembles Penis Envy with thick white stems, small gold caps, and black & blue bruises throughout the mushroom.
Most users report that music sounds particularly trippy on this strain. Walls and trees will start to breath and pulse while you're on a Yeti trip.
Unlike Penis Envy, which tends to send users on a break from reality at high-dose, Yeti will keep you on Earth. A high dose will just make everything sparkle & pulse to the music.

A growing trend is magic mushroom microdosing, in which users ingest no more than 0.1 - 0.5 grams of the magic mushrooms. It is a non-psychoactive dose of psilocybin, taken for it's therapeutic properties. Magic mushrooms microdose pills are made by grinding up whole mushrooms. They are then put into gelatin or vegetable capsules which are swallowed.
Users report that microdosing decreases the need for caffeine & improves their mood. They also report a decrease in anxiety & an increase in creativity.
While personal experiences vary, the common result is that users feel more "alert" and "productive" when microdosing.
There are two main approaches to microdosing:

Microdosing isn't for everyone.
If you are new to microdosing, take 1-2 pills with breakfast and see how you feel throughout the day. You can take either approach, or try your own approach.
Some users report that they felt odd on 1 pill per day, but productive on 2 pills per day.
Other users report that 2 pills every two days gives them benefits.
Some users don't notice a difference at all.
Whichever approach you try, make sure you don't microdose more than 5 days in a row, without taking at least 2 days off. This is so that your body doesn't build a tolerance to the microdose pills.
